If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Pathak's Spices
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to spicespathaks.com, accessible from https://spicespathaks.com
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, without giving any reason for doing so.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. After this period, the cancellation request will no longer be accepted.
Conditions for Returning Goods
If you wish to return a product after receiving it, you can do so only within **2 days** of receiving the goods. After 2 days, we will not accept any returns.
Additionally, the product must be in its original, unused condition, with the packaging intact. We will not accept any returns for products that are:
- Leaked, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.
- Opened or used, especially in the case of food items.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.
- Products that have deteriorated or expired.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please ensure the product is securely packed and shipped to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or proof of return delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original order. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
