If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. After this period, the cancellation request will no longer be accepted.

Conditions for Returning Goods

If you wish to return a product after receiving it, you can do so only within **2 days** of receiving the goods. After 2 days, we will not accept any returns.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please ensure the product is securely packed and shipped to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or proof of return delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original order. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
